- 8 plots
of land (at Phase 1 of Shahrak Ghods (Shahrak Gharb),
covering a total surface area of 17,601 square meters and
having the approx. dimensions of 350 m x 50 m .

project Description and Specifications:
-There are five (5) plots of land, measuring 11,076 m2, which
will be transferred to the Municipality and allotted to the
construction of a public garden (park).
-There are three (3) plots of land measuring 6,525 m2, which
will constitute a cinema/cultural complex and a commercial
complex, including 6 theaters with a capacity 400 seats each
and a total useful area of 3,000 m2.
-Training and cultural center including classes for training and
cultural courses, amphitheater and alike having a useful
surface area of 1,000 m2 which will be
transferred to the Municipality.
- 6,000 m2 of useful commercial space.
- An ‘Agreement in Principle’ has been obtained from the Ministry of
Islamic Culture and Guidance for the construction of this
complex in order to meet the Ministry’s regulations.
-Design and Planning Basis of the Project: Cultural/commercial complex
and a public park based on the experiences of such countries
as the U.S., Italy, Canada, Australia, Great Britain and
France.
The public park, commercial complex and restaurants have been so
designed that they can interact directly with the
cinema/cultural complex, and each can attract customers for
the others.
The commercial complex is situated in an area whose residents enjoy
higher financial strength and educational qualifications
than other areas of Tehran. As the consumption basket of the
families living in this area has a high ceiling, and as
there is a small number of commercial centers in west and
particularly northwest Tehran, and those available are
situated far from each other, it can be predicted that this
complex will be highly welcomed and visited by the public.
The beautiful and unique architecture of this project, its functioning
on the basis of modern age necessities and its location on
the heights overlooking a suitable panorama that is
surrounded by green space and forest park; are going to be
the reason for attracting many visitors and customers to
this complex.
